Yes, optionally. Connecting your access control system unlocks demographic breakdowns of area and equipment utilisation - understanding how different membership types or age groups use your spaces - without storing any personal data. This is available as an add-on at £50 per site per month.
Yes. In normal operation the Gym Twin only ever processes anonymised, aggregated data. We track occupancy not individuals. No personal data is stored, no one is tracked by name or identity, and nothing leaves your site unprocessed and unaggregated. The Vision AI runs on-site, on our hardware, and processes your CCTV in memory.
Subscriptions are available monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions save 10% and include one major twin reconfiguration (worth £1,500).
There is no minimum number of sites and the more sites on the platform the greater the value you'll unlock.
Gym Twin setup is a one-off fee of £3,970 (ex VAT) per site, which covers CCTV integration for up to 20 cameras, creation of your digital twin, and a guided onboarding session.
Subscriptions are priced per site: operators with 6–20 sites pay £6,105 per year (or £565/month).
Volume discounts apply from 21 sites. Annual subscriptions save 10% and include one major twin reconfiguration per year. All prices exclude VAT.

To get started, we need your gym floor plan, an asset register (list of equipment), and access to your CCTV system. We also need a nominated technical contact to connect our Vision AI unit.

Once we have your floor plan, asset register, and CCTV access, we complete setup within 10 business days. The process has three steps: a quick site assessment, installation of our Vision AI unit, and creation of your 3D twin.

No. Gym Twin works with your existing CCTV infrastructure. We connect to it - we do not replace it.
We cover up to 20 cameras per site in the standard setup. If your coverage has gaps, we can advise on camera placement to maximise what you get from the system.
